Erica knew what she was going to be at a very young age and began to work towards her dreams. The core of Erica is passion, education, and excellence. Erica lives by the phrase “Excellence through Exhaustion”.

She believes now that your career can be limitless, if you have the education. She has made it a personal goal to understand all hair types and textures, master cutting techniques, and become a color expert, because these are the fundamentals of hairdressing.

She attended Vidal Sasson and received certificates for creative cutting and coloring. She has been in education for over 20 years and is currently an Artist with Schwarzkopf Professional.
